Hi Brendan, I've tried the sling style bags & they don't work well for me. I can't get the fit-balance right. For a backpack, I have the Kata DR 465. It's good for carrying the photo gear in the bottom compartment and personal gear up top. http://www.amazon.com/Kata-KT-DR-465-BR-Rucksack-Accessories/dp/B000VVZ5PS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1247626041&sr=8-1.
It looks like I carry quite a bit less gear than you, too. -Pat On Tue, Jul 14, 2009 at 7:34 PM, Brendan MacRae<[email protected]> wrote: > > For the same money you could do this: > > http://www.amazon.com/Lowepro-Slingshot-Weather-Backpack-Black/dp/B000B9O83A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1247624550&sr=8-1 > > This is the backpack I have.
