Subject: Need help with color management: LR -> Epson R2880

I am confused.
I am trying to print from LR using paper profiles for Epson R2880.

I choose:
In LightRoom:
Color Management: Profile (spefic printer profile)
Rendering intent: Relative or Perceptual (tried both)

Igor: Under Color Management *don't* pick a printer profile, pick the *ICC paper profile,* then pick Realitive for rendering intent.

Go into "Other" and check mark the ICC paper profile you want. Make sure you don't have two paper profiles picked.

HTH. Cheers, Christine

In printer Properties:
Mode: Custom:
        Off (No color adjustment)

The rest of the settings:
Media Type: type of paper corresponding to the one of my choice.
 Quality: Max

The prints are always very green and red.
I just tried to do the same thing from Photoshop - and it's the same
story.

If I were to choose in LR: "Managed by printer",
and then choose in the printer properties:
  Mode: Automatic: EPSON Standard (sRGB),
then the colors are almost right (just a small shift towards red, if
at all)

I am confused: what am I missing here?

Igor
