Well, I'm stumped, but I will say this: Once I got a bum cartridge of black
ink--I can't remember if it was photo black or photo matte. Anyway, as soon
as I took the bum cartridge of black ink out of the printer and replaced it,
things went smoothly. The bum cartridge caused the prints to look bluish.
Maybe Godfrey will check in and offer advice. I'm really sorry I couldn't
be of more help.
