Thanks for trying to help!

I don't think it is about the cartridge in my case:
If I enable "print preview" in the printer driver", I see the colors
that are very close to what I see in print.
And the symptoms I described (using Color management in LR vs. in Printer) -
are adequately reflected in the preview.
