I have the Lumina softbox for on-camera flash. It's okay, but the Lightsphere provides more diffusion. The softbox is good when you can't sacrifice more than a stop or two.

Are these useful.?? It says one stop loss, which is fine, but how
useful do you think it would be for fill flash on people out doors,
say in a partial shaded area like under a tree.
It seems useful for flower or some macro work.

Any comments. Just looking to try and improve my flash workings.
