Hi Frantisek,

Check that serial number again.  538**** should be a very new one - I
bought a new LX (which was purchased from Japan just about the time
production stopped, so I wouldn't think there'd be too many numbers that
are higher) and an almost new LX last year and they each have 535****
numbers. 3200 is typical of all but the earliest LX models.  Check the
rows of dots on the shutter curtain.  If a couple of dots are missing,
that means you've got an LX with the newer mirror box.  Sticky mirror
should not be a problem with a newer LX. ;-))) [Three smiles = three LX]
