=============== When I did print through a lab, I asked for "full frame" on 8.5 x 11 paper, and it came out an odd size and I framed around that. I used that for a starting point on my framing (bigger or smaller mats). I think it is now the size I print at (or close to) when I print on 8.5 x 11 paper. So that doesn't really answer your question, but I don't like cropping caused by printing, period. In other words, don't mess up my head with ratios, I just bring the #...@! things. Heh.
