Have a look at FotoFusion by LumaPix. It does exactly this. It comes in three versions. The Enhanced (mid-range) version will let you export/print to 13x19 @ 300dpi or 16x24 @ 240dpi. It doesn't color manage through software like Photoshop or Lightroom, but does allow color management through the printer driver rather than the OS.

It's drag and drop, and will let you rotate, resize and crop. Like Lightroom, it works off a data base to save the layout so the only way it creates a unique image file is if you need to export to a file for web or a print service.

Me too. But the only graphic software I've found that in was PaintShop Pro. So if I want to do that, I use it.

I don't feel the print control is as good as with Adobe's programs, so I don't like that part. And you can't save it to a file. But you can leave it set up (you can save it as a template, along with the picture layout) and come back and reprint it.

But, then, I have an older version of PaintShop Pro. Maybe newer ones have more printer control.
