Well, apparently I have nothing better to do today, than argue the finer
points of Tort law with William Robb, (a singularly pointless exercise
since neither of us are lawyers), and find somewhat interesting items on

Arguing with William Robb about anything at anytime is a singularly
pointless exercise.
Still, if you've got time to waste on the internet, it's as good a way
to waste it as any other.
