I don't know ... I don't carry cameras in my pocket, the G9/G10/G11 are too heavy for that too. The controls are ok, a bit fussy. Finish is nice. My friend Jim had his G10 with him today and it felt nice but wow, there are a lot of buttons, dials and such. Both he and another friend have them and complain they don't focus particularly accurately. I had the Panny LX1 ... it's the only digital compact I've owned that had a truly stunning lens and produced superb results. Photos from it were juried into three or four exhibitions, one took some award. I bet the LX3/D-Lux 4 are very good. But overall these compacts are just too limiting for my interest with their low sensitivity and clumsy control layouts. I wish there was one that had the simple, elegant, easy to use controls of the Rollei 35S. -- Godfrey godfreydigiorgi.posterous.com -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
