That's about as  straight as it's going to get.  Nothing it the image is 
exactly square  to anything.  Whether or not the tower was actually built 
by Vikings or  by Benidict Arnold's father, it's had at least 300 years 
to settle.  I  was crouched down to make the image between the bars of 
the iron fence and  was listing a bit myself.  The lamp post visible 
through the right hand  arch is perpendicular.

That's a very odd choice, Vikings and Benidict Arnold's  father. Doesn't 
compute. Heh.
