Why wouldn't you guys, who have the grip, use AA-rechargeables with it?
I thought it was a big advantage of the grip for the K-7.


Incindentally, after ~10 years of ownership, I just discovered that 
contrary to what's written everywhere, AF-500 FTZ flash CAN work with
rechargeables AA-s. I am not sure how long they would last in it though.
