I've always stressed that that was one of the things I like most about my PZ-1p (or the trusty old MX with the motor drive fitted) - even though I hardly ever shot in continuous frame mode the camera was ready to take the next shot almost as fast as I could press the shutter release, which comes in handy when you are shooting fast-action sports. Just machine-gunning at 5fps won't necessarily get you the critical moment, but it's nice to be able to choose to push the shutter again 200 (or 263, or 317, or ...) milliseconds after your first attempt, and to be able to follow the action in the viewfinder with only a very short blackout period. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
