Aaron,

Price is part of it.  They have a used 67 in there too.  I have
handled it also, but like the ergonomics of the II better.  I believe
it will also work with digital TTL Flashes.

Along with that, I am not very well set up for MF. My scanner is
inadequate (35mm only) and the cost of film and processing is higher.
The fact that I am even talking about it at all should give you an
indication of how interested I am.
