That's a wonderful set of photos on the workers. I would think you
could do a bit on the architectural details of the construction.
Maybe you already have some of those but just are not showing
them/organizing them.
And Boris, I'd be interested in how your construction workers are
different. They are a rough and tumble lot here. Having a job to go
to is always a problem, especially winter work.

Fascinating. Evidently your construction workers have somewhat
different social position than here. I noticed that few times you have
missed the focus in the portraits where it seemed as if the eyes were
not in 100% focus. Other than that, you sure did manage to convey a
feeling or impression that made me conclude that your construction
workers are a cool bunch of guys and some gals whose name(s) you have
forgotten ;-).
