COrrect. AT&T announced recently that they are trying to come of with
a nice way to get iPhone and others to limit their online text and
video time until they can catch up with more infrastructure. Because
they are greedy and stupid and committee run, they refuse to modify
the contracts they now have by allowing users to go to other providers
and take the burden off theirs.
You must all suffer for the good of the corporation's bottom line.
