Hi, I sent a payment to a PDML member in Argentina and i sent them a Western Union money order. They have lots of offices or outlets to purchase them from worldwide. I'm pretty sure they just cash the money order by deposition into their bank account.
I think the bank may charge a small fee, as the money order is in US dollars. Hope that helps.
