tom, For me, weddings as a justification is only a partial. I would use 35mm for the lion's share. The P67II just for formal shots - some of the couple, groups, etc. Nothing like blowing up a group shot on 35 to start seeing grain. Those heads start out pretty small.
I would use the P67II more for scenics and such. I have looked through the viewfinders of both and prefer the 67II. I did not try them in low light, however and can understand why that would be important during a wedding (been there). I think that if I were only to get an MF camera for weddings, I would do as you and get the 645.
