Based on the caption, it seems to me your purpose in the first image is to
show how close the building is to completion, specifically "The 7th floor
is nearly finished,".
But the most prominent feature in the image is the parking deck.
We're building a parking garage, and the Student Services area will be the
entire 1st floor with all the parking above the Student Services
