No, I wasn't making a judgment call. I called it murder because I thought that's what he was charged with. I found out I was wrong and corrected myself. I didn't mean to insult Bob, you or anyone else. As for the rest of your post, I don't have enough information to comment on this case. Yes I've now read Bob's site, and even having read that I'm not sufficiently informed to comment - I'd like to be able to read "the other side". Having heard only Bob's side isn't enough. All I can say is that the jury heard both sides, saw the evidence and convicted. The judge heard both sides, saw the evidence and upon the jury's conviction, gave the sentence he did. If Bob didn't do it, I hope he is able to appeal and either get an acquittal (unlikely) or a new trial (likely the best he could hope for). I hate to see any innocent person in jail... cheers, frank -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
