It is my under standing form what i have read and watch on the news,
that the plans were in place, most of the components had been bought.
To me that's intent, they knew what they were about to try and do.

To me its the same as a judge giving bail to some one that has been
arrested, more than once, for guns crimes here in Canada. They still
grant bail, usual conditions of no fire arms, do not hang around with
these people etc, etc.

Next thing you know, they are arrested again, given bail and out
again, and again.

PCness has gone way to far. Nail there asses to a wall.
