> Hey Henry, do some math if you are able to.

I am happy to report that with the assistance of my remaining fingers and toes,
the calculator Microsoft was wise enough to include with Windows, a large chalk
board, and the nurses who wipe the drool from my chin, I can periodically
manage simple arithmetic functions despite my compromised short-term memory. I
am grateful for your altruistic concern. :-)

<I churn from vendor to vendor and rarely have caused a problem, if
ever. A sale is a sale is a sale. If I knew I was going to be viewed
as a less desirable customer because I didn't have a long history of
purchasing from said vendor, I wouldn't shop there.>

I think that's not the point. A customer who does not have a long history with
any individual vendor is not "less desirable" simply by virtue of his or her
frequency of shopping. The less desirable customer is one who by various ways
makes EVERY transaction supremely difficult, painfully time-consuming and
ultimately so remarkably unprofitable the retailer would be better off had the
customer never initiated a relationship in the first place.
