For quality they're the same. PEF's are slightly compressed. Often a
PEF from the K20D will be the same size as a PEF from the *ist-D
~10mb-15mp where as DNGs from the K20D are ~23-25k in size. I'm pretty
sure things haven't changed from the K20D to the K-7.
