Doug, In view of the necessity to keep one, - you may consider yet a different version: Make it a square by cropping it so that the building is roughly in about 2/3 x 2/3 position.
Also, - I would apply a gradient mask and also would brighten everything but the sky and increase the contrast a bit. To demonstrate this, I took a freedom to play with it very quickly (I also tried to increase "vibrance" in the LR).
