In Thunderbird, both are showing up as links with the underlining only
extending as far as ".JPG" ... the "f/6.8" and "f/8" don't show up as
part of the link. When I click on the links the images open in FireFox
with no problem.
Doug mentioned "Based on the reaction to the photos, you're not missing
anything." I almost always try to look at the images, even if I don't
always comment.
I was curious just what that building on the lake shore was.
Looks like there's some kind of outdoor amphitheater or stadium seating
going down to the water, but I don't see any kind of a stage. And the
stairway structure that seems to go up into nothing looks kind of like
the press box at the local university's football stadium.
I guess it could be bleachers meant for watching the submarine races,
but we always just stayed in the car.

If I cut and paste the entire line, I get "page not found." If I
delete "f/6.7" and "f/8" from the addresses, they both work.
