I wish I had read this a few hours ago, as I spent some time tonight
with the Bulgarian we went with. I'm not sure what it was. I was as
intrigued by the vibrant blue high-tension power transmission line
towers marching up the hill. I'll try to remember to ask Vladimir what
that building is.
