I had a bag of theirs that I damaged, not only did they repair it for free but they upgraded it while doing the repair. I currently have a Tamrac backpack (757) about 13 years old that has been to hell and back and except for a scuff or two on some of the leather attaching patches, it still looks great and does all I need it to do.
