I'd like it better if her head wasn't dead center in the frame.  Since
she's looking to the right, I'd crop off the left side of the frame to
about her hair, or have more negative space to the right to balance it
out.  You've got nice texture and color in the background, so it's not
like you'd have a flat tone that looks boring.

The lighting is nice and soft, and overall it's a nice picture, if a
little bit soft (focus-wise) on her face.
