Yes, that's an improved shot.
I snuck a peek at the large version of that shot and I'm afraid your
removal of those lines is quite noticeable. You've removed the lines
nicely, but also any skin texture, so now she looks all plastic-y around
her neck, like a burn victim. :-/ You need to do that kind of touchup
on multiple layers so you can blend original skin texture back in.
