Paypal sux, debited their little token gesture from my CC twice, wouldn't let me even accept a payment with-out lodging my card details, wan't U$1.50 to move minimum amount of cash to my account, my bank also slugs me for the currency conversion. I was forced into using the system by a non-cooperative eBay auction winner, it's caused me no end of grief. The goods were shipped weeks ago, I still have no cash and that's what I wanted.
