Steve covered it all pretty well. I am likely getting a new laptop sometime soon too (I won't buy anything but an Apple laptop) and the 15" was my choice for the anti-glare screen, but the 13" is pulling at me specifically because of the portablility. I'll use my desktop monitor virtually all the time when I'm home, that size difference makes the 13" very appealing.
Be sure you buy the Apple Protection Program. It's the only extended warranty that's worth the money ...
