exist with only a bottom line camera + kit zoom but frankly most
photographers seriously pursuing the hobby would soon run into the
limits of such a kit.
This would be why some of our members have moved on to 135 format Nikons, I
suppose.
I always have found the tripe about it's not the camera it's the
photographer to be rather silly. I suppose that seeing the limitations in
35mm film for the type of landscape work I wanted to do and so moving to 4x5
film might have had something to do with my attitude.
All else being equal, better equipment will make beter pictures.
