K-7 sizes is what I would expect given the PEFs from the K10D. I think
the K20D (definitely the K10D) doesn't write compressed DNG, while the
K-7 does. The PEFs from the K10D are compressed, so they're smaller
than the DNGs. I have no idea what Samsung are doing, but they're
shooting themselves in the foot. I'm using RAW+JPEG which means each
shot is generating up to 35MB of data and the buffer is clearly too
small to do an efficient job. No big deal for me as I'm a one shot
kinda guy, but the tail-gunners out there won't be happy.
