This is an example of PDML at its best. No one could think more highly of
you both.

Well said both Frank and William.

Hi, Bill,

Well, since you've "outed" yourself as the vendor of the MX, I just want
to state publicly one more time that I have no problem with the
transaction, your description of the MX prior to shipment, and your
reaction once I contacted you to describe the problem that I had to it.
In fact, you've been much more accommodating than any reasonable person
would have a right to expect.

My query to the list was only to feel out whether other list members
might have had similar problems with their MX's, and what remedies, if
any, might be sought. I certainly feel badly that some people thought
to question your motives as vendor. I'm confident that those
individuals, firstly, didn't know that you were the vendor, and
secondly, that they didn't know that we had already made suitable
arrangements with regard to the problem. On second thought, I probably
should have made the latter point clear in my first post.

I know that you sell equipment on a regular basis, and I simply want to
set the record straight so that any future transactions that you may
involve yourself in, aren't adversely affected by this thread.

regards,
frank
