The D200 pop up flash is very accurate.

I have the same problem with my K10 and af360. All over the place. I
know havecertain cameras to do certain jobs. I like the K10-D  for
landscapes and flowers. I like the Nikon D200 for portraits and such,
and the D1H and D2h are my action jackson cameras.
The G3 is my IR camera.
