At the f/stop you are choosing, you will be entirely diffraction limited. Even a
reasonable piece of Coke (TM) bottle glass would work just as good as the best NASA 
optics
if it weren't for the green cast. (Just a little hyperboli there, but not much...) Get 
f/2
or better optics if you want to focus better.
