I shot a play Thursday night with the 77/1.8. About 30 of the shots were keepers, but
this one looked least Play-Like. Sort of reminded me of Wyeth's "Christina's
World" in that girl was by herself in the scene and reacting to something that
wasn't there.

Aperture was probably about 2.8 (that's where it was pretty much all evening).

Jeff I'm not crazy about this particular shot you are showing from the play -- shooting productions - such a tough go... I think she is too emotionless... nothing wrong with the overally "geometry" but lackd oomph...

That being said __ I really loved your New Orleans in Black and White... portfolio... Excellent stuff... and good transfering
to the digital platform, too....

(I'm missing shooting film sometimes... and tri-x was moi when I did.)
