Which Pentax? On the K100, you program the "OK" button for that feature. On the K20, you program the "AF" button. On the K-x it's the exposure lock button. One of my biggest annoyances switching between bodies is that the "AF lockout" button keeps moving around. I do a lot of lowlight photography. One thing that I've learned to do, though still don't do enough, is to chimp to make sure that my prefocus is on the right spot. I can understand the autofocus focusing on microphones, but I'm very annoyed when I do the same with manual focus. I guess that my brain just sees something snapping into focus in the microprisms, and decides that it is what I want. -- Larry Colen [email protected] sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
