I missed that completely, Ann, since J actually has a "modern" KX.  The old KX 
was a beauty but I never had the money in those days to buy one. I had to stick 
with my trusty SP500. Given the fuss over the loss of the aperture simulator 
can you imagine a PDML back in the 70s when they changed the lens mount?
