post on this list or may choose to block access to the list within their
own borders, but they can't do anything to the listmiester here in the U.S.

I wasn't worried about Doug, as he was not the one saying nasty things.
I thought about the punishability of the non-U.S. citizen misbehaving on
the list so that such a question might arise.
