Hi; I would use the rubber stamp tool to remove the second hand and foot. Use a soft brush and I recommend working with the magnification at least at 100%, 200-300% is even better. Don't forget to clone out the shadows of the hand and feet. Another nice trick you could use is to further blur the background. The easiest way is with the history brush. Start by making a duplicate layer (after you have cloned out the hand and foot), make sure that the duplicate layer is highlighted (active layer) in the layers box. Click on filter, blur, gausian blur, set the blur a little heavier then you want, and blur. Then go to your history box (should be with the layers box) click on your history brush, check the little box by the gausian blur( a brush icon will appear), click the box before the gausian blur on the history box (important) the gausian blur will disappear from the image. Take the history brush and paint the blur where you want it. When finished use the opacity setting to blend in to the unblured layer below it. I go for a look a little less then I think it needs, it usually looks more natural that way. Any more questions e-mail me.
