(Hello, all. I've been reading your posts for a while, but this is my first attempt to address y'all. Please be gentle if I commit any cultural faux pas (plural) relative to this list.)
Wendy Beard wrote the following: "I'd second that. But it's more of a "do as I say not do as I do". I have photoshop installed, the full version, and have had for at least a year. Tried using it. Opened it up, messed about a bit, gave up. Went to the library and got out a book on it. Read the first couple of pages, gave up . Two weeks later took book back to library. Take note of good recommendations for a photoshop book or you might end up doing as I did." My own Photoshop experience is a lot of hands-on training at a college newspaper. I also learned a lot from a "Classroom In A Book" for Photoshop (that's the title). Had the full version of Photoshop 4 on my system at home for quite a while, but now am using Photoshop Elements, which in my opinion is quite sufficient for the needs of most ordinary mortal photographers. - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
