Dang, it, you're right! I misremembered. The only real difference between my Honeywell Spotty and my Asahi Spotty is that "Honeywell" replaces "Asahi" on the front of the prism and just above that, an "H" in a rectangle replaces the "AOCo" logo.
I bought my first Spotty overseas. I wanted a Minolta 101, but they were sold out. The salesman in the PX showed me the Spotty, and said that it had better "glass" in the lenses than the Minolta. What finally sold me, however, were the brochures he had showing the same camera being sold in the US as a Honeywell, I name I knew and respected.
