that would be fascinating, Boris. I don't have many regrets, but one of them is that I never visited a Soviet bloc country during the Cold War, esp. Russia. The other is that I did not fly straight to Berlin when the wall was coming down. It would be fascinating to have your thoughts about life there, especially with the contrast you now have.
