I'll take the credit for the cooking. The credit for the photograph goes to the Olympus E-PL1 (and to the kitchen lighting I put in); this was literally a grab shot just after I'd tipped the vegetables onto the plate (as you can see, one of the sprouts is wandering off) before I took the plate to the table and enjoyed my dinner.
The E-PL1 was in full auto-everything mode with one exception; I've turned off the flash unless explicitly requested. Lighting is from overhead fluorescent light fixtures with "daylight" tubes.
