That's odd... I wonder what flickr says about my exif data...?  I
pretty much always shoot raw, and they have been tweaked a bit in
ACR/cs4...

I'll double-check, but that sounds a lot like how I did it... Maybe I
went heavier with the luminance NR....?

It's heartening to see so many votes in favor of the Adobe NR.  That,
at least, makes things easier.  :)
