Air pressure shutter releases were fairly common way back when, and they're 
still available: http://www.amazon.com/Kaiser-206144-Air-Release/dp/B0015KBCJ2

I believe that any  camera with a screw socket for a mechanical shutter release 
cable can be used with this type of device.
