Hartblei is a fringe player. I pretty much agree with Paul on the gist
of this, it's much simpler to do it in post than to keep a particular
lens for those occasions you might need one. That said, I had a look
at B&H, and they have several options for both Canon and Nikon in
stock. So there must be some people still thinking it's a Good Idea.

Following the train of thought on large format cameras, a lens like
that would make more sense for the 645D than for K-mount... :-)

I remember considering a Hartblei Super Rotator 45mm for the 645Nii
back in 2002. It's a shame they're not available new anymore.
