Yes, reports here are that 1,000 cars got stuck in the jam on northbound Lakeshore Drive. Tow trucks and plows are clearing the mess now. There was also a jam and abandoned cars on southbound LSD reported at 47th street. It's still closed now. 58,000 without power now, 178,000 have had power restored.
