I've shot off the tripod both with shake reduction on and off. Doesn't seem to make a difference. But you definitely don't need it at 1/2500th. Mirror slap is not a factor either. Hell, mirror slap isn't a factor at anything over 1/125th or so. Paul On Feb 23, 2011, at 5:36 PM, Darren Addy wrote:
